Importance of having a resolution centre in a company

If a company is supposed to do well, then it should have a department that deals with issues of the company that arise. I should know this because my father has a company that has a resolution centre live help for the numerous problems that would arise. You would not believe this but the head of the centre of resolution is my mother. They both make a beautiful team. My mother is really good when good when it comes to solving problems. My father has clients who get disappointed just because of a negligent worker in that they are at the bridge of suing and the one person that makes them calm down is my mother. She gets ways of coming up with ideas that favour these clients and they end up dropping the intended law suits. My father runs the company with no distractions because he knows that he has someone he can trust who has his back. He is ahead of his competition because his company knows how to help out customers and that is something that customers look for.
