When Rob got married to Eve about thirty years ago, he has always wanted a son - someone to carry his name when he's gone. But it's as if destiny played on him when he was given not just one, or two but four daughters - Terry, Carmen, Polly and Joan. While everyone thinks that Rob would be so disappointed, it was not exactly the case with him for Rob adored his daughters. He played with each one of them whenever he could and the girls loved him very much. Rob was such a great father. He never fails to get birthday presents for girls and of course for his wife, too. He never made his children feel that they were unwanted. Instead, Rob loved them very much. It is no wonder therefore that when Rob died, his girls were all heartbroken. They found it difficult to move forward after losing the man in their lives to heart attack. They need all the support they can get now. After all, it's not so easy to lose a great father like Rob. |

Sports men make a good living from the sports they are involved. Professional basketball players, professional soccer players and also tennis players to mention but a few make a lot of money out of there area of expertise. The luxury they get from their sports is highly dependent on how they perform. If they play well then they are going to get a lot more. When they stop winning and their winning streak go down at an alarming rate then that is a sign of trouble. There are sports psychologists who are supposed to figure out what makes a certain player very good in his sport and what would make him decline in his productivity. In order to understand what the sports psychologists' work one has too understand what is sports psychology. This type of psychology deals with the brain patterns and the mannerisms of sports players. It deals with knowing what makes a sportsperson do well and what makes a sportsperson not do well. It also helps sportspeople who are recuperating from injury and aims at getting them back at the field as soon as their body and mind are in sync again. |

One thing I like most about our kids is that they never hide their talents no matter what. If they are talented in a certain area, they will show it no matter how hard they can try to hide. As a school head, I have a responsibility of helping parents realize the talent in their children and help then nurture this talent when its still young. In case I notice that your child is good in painting for instance, I first of all inform the parent and then I let the parent decide what to do with the talent. I advise most parents especially if they do not know what to do. For sports talents, I recommend a sport psychologist to mentor them but in most cases I hire the psychologist to the school so that he/she can attend to the many sports talented students. My parents trust me so much in this. Our school has nurtured so many talents and most students end up earning a living from their talents and doing what they like best in their everyday lives. |
